Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shelfcrew application, websites, and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
Shelfcrew provides an AI workspace and a library of AI “specialists” that help consumer-brand teams perform commercial and operational tasks. The Service can connect to third-party applications you authorize and can act on your behalf within the permissions you grant.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
3. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the data, files, and content you provide to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Shelfcrew a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to provide Your Content and for your use of any outputs.
4. Connected services
When you connect a third-party service (for example, email, storage, or a retailer portal), you authorize Shelfcrew and its integration providers to access that service as needed to perform the tasks you request. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider’s own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating any law or third-party right; attempting to breach security or access data you are not authorized to access; reselling the Service without permission; or using the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on or acting on it.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice; changes apply to the next billing period. Applicable taxes may be added. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
7. AI output
The Service uses artificial intelligence, which can produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Output is provided for your evaluation and is not professional, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
8. Intellectual property
Shelfcrew and its licensors own the Service, including its software, models, library content, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the Service except the limited right to use it as permitted here.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Your Content available for a reasonable period where practicable before deletion.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelfcrew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Shelfcrew is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm the governing-law state/venue with counsel.]
